I am a 3rd degree Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt and the head coach at Redbridge BJJ. I obtained my black belt under the guidance of world renowned instructors Nick Brooks, Roger Gracie and Mauricio Gomes.

In addition to BJJ, I hold significant experience in MMA, boxing, wrestling and Muay Thai. This diverse skill set provides me with a well rounded approach to grappling and striking. I have also competed and medalled at numerous recognised BJJ tournaments.

Throughout the years, I have trained alongside and learned from some of the most respected names in martial arts, such as Roger Gracie, Leo Vieira, Ricardo Vieira, Demian Maia, Andre Galvao and John Danaher.

With years of training under the best, I have developed a deep understanding of both, technique and strategy, building a nice and slow methodical approach to Jiu Jitsu.
