I am a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu brown belt under David Tobin (third degree black belt). I have been training for over 12 years now and teaching for over 4 years.
I started the club post Covid from the back of my house. As interest has increased I now have a large facility in Seven Kings.

My main goal to start the club was to ensure that everyone had an affordable club, where people could come down and train safely along with learning self defence in the process and make lifetime friends.

I focus mainly on nogi, but I do have a traditionalist view when it comes to teaching. I love teaching concepts of leglocks and how even a small person can control a larger opponent, but all of this is done safely. I focus on principles rather than provide every single element of the pathway. I feel students learn best when they are enabled to find answers themselves whilst learning.
